Company incorporation / amendment filing with the Commercial Court registry (via INPI)

Description

This optional service lets you delegate to Paperboy the registration of your company incorporation formality with the French commercial court registry through the INPI One-Stop Shop.

After purchase, please send us the documents required for the formality, for example:

• Proof of occupancy of the premises (photocopy of a title deed, lease agreement, rent receipts, gas, electricity or telephone bills, etc.),
• Copy of the diploma, qualification or provisional/final authorisation allowing the company to carry out the regulated activity,
• Company articles of association
• Minutes of the General Meeting approving the amendments to the articles of association
• Certificate of publication of the legal notice

Important: the mandate fee covers file handling only, and does not include INPI, registry, document drafting or publication costs.
