Frequently asked questions about Yeastar Cloud telephony
What's the difference between Easyphonie and a traditional operator?
Easyphonie is a managed-services integrator. We provide the technology (the PBX system) at the best price, without locking you into an overpriced call contract. You are free to choose your operator (Trunk).
Can I change my opening hours and greetings myself?
Absolutely. Unlike old phone systems, the Yeastar interface is designed to be intuitive. You get secure web admin access to change your hours, add public holidays or update your greeting in a few clicks. Of course, the Easyphonie team remains available to make these settings for you if you prefer fully delegated management.
Do I need physical phones on my desks?
No. With the Linkus softphone provided by Easyphonie, your computer or smartphone becomes your desk phone. If you wish, we can also connect physical IP handsets (Yealink, Fanvil...).
Can I keep my current phone number?
Yes, we port your existing landline numbers (geographic or 09) to your new Easyphonie solution free of charge.
