– A Paperboy Unlimited subscription (for the mail you receive in France)<\/span><\/p>\n

– A Google account (in particular Gmail and Google Docs)
<\/span><\/p>\n

[optional: Microsoft Word if you want to open the file in that software]<\/span><\/p>\n

Recipe:<\/b><\/h3>\n

  1. Create a Google account to use Gmail as well as Google Docs.
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Subscribe to the Paperboy Unlimited plan using an email address that lets you receive your emails on Gmail. Paperboy lets you receive your scanned postal mail as a PDF attachment in an email on every day you receive mail.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. When you receive your postal mail as a PDF attachment, choose “Add to my Drive” in Gmail
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Once the file has been added to your Drive, right-click it and choose “Open with” > “Google Docs”<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. A Google Docs window opens and OCR character recognition runs on your PDF.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
