Make the request from your customer account<\/h2>\n<p>The quickest way is the <strong>Forwarding request<\/strong> tab in your <a href=\"\/en\/my-account\/\">customer account<\/a>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>add the forwarding product to your cart;<\/li>\n<li>specify your request: one letter, several, or all your mail;<\/li>\n<li>enter the delivery address, in France or abroad, or a Colissimo pick-up point;<\/li>\n<li>confirm the order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Check the delivery address carefully:<\/strong> it is used exactly as entered. We prepare and weigh the shipment<\/h2>\n<p>We gather your mail, weigh the package and calculate its price: handling fee and postage, depending on weight, carrier and destination. You receive an invoice by e-mail with a payment link.<\/p>\n<p>If you have several requests in progress, we can group them into a single shipment.
